Our Staff

The team at Lancaster Road Nursery is managed by Mrs Karen Blackburn who holds a level 6 qualification in early years, children, schools and families. Mrs Vicky Pyle the nursery SENCO. The deputy manager Mrs Karen Pyne who is level 5 qualified in early years. All staff at Lancaster Road Nursery are cleared through the criminal record bureau (CRB), are pediatric first aid trained and have completed the safeguarding level 1 training. The majority of staff are qualified to level 3 in child care.

Lancaster Road Nursery promotes an open door policy where staff are available to answer any queries regarding your child. Please talk to staff if you would like the opportunity for your child to show you around nursery, meet staff and look at their learning journeys.
